InstaVend offers free vending machine placement services to qualified business and property locations. Submission of an inquiry or application does not guarantee service. We reserve the right to approve or decline any request at our sole discretion for any reason.
Scope of Service
InstaVend provides the installation, stocking, maintenance, and support of vending machines. Clients agree to provide reasonable site access, power, and placement as discussed during onboarding.
Use of Website
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of InstaVend and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
InstaVend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. While we aim for 24/7 uptime and machine reliability, occasional downtime may occur.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Santa Clara County, CA.
